Frequently Asked Questions.

We aim to give you the easiest buying experience possible–that is why we are always here to assist. Below is a list of answers to frequently asked questions. If your question isn’t listed, please feel to contact us directly and we will assist as soon as possible.

For major cities and urban areas, delivery usually takes between 7 – 10 business days. For rural areas, delivery may take a bit longer depending on where you are.

You can expect delivery within 10 – 15 working days. Early morning or late afternoon purchases could also affect delivery times.

Delivery costs may vary depending on your location. Your delivery charges will be displayed on your total price once you have entered your address during checkout.

If the standard delivery time has lapsed and your order still has not been delivered, you can contact us directly and we will track your order and advise you accordingly.

If your panels are not functional due to a manufacturer defect or damage during shipping, you can return it to us for repair or replacement by contacting us.

If you accidentally damaged your own panels you can still send them to us for repairs. (Standard shipping & repair fees will apply.)

Delivery Information.

Foamrite Acoustics offers delivery through a third-party courier service—Star Express & Leon’s Delivery Services. Delivery charges are different based on your location. You will be shown a delivery charge during checkout which will be added to your order total.

Delivery Times

Please note that we might experience delays in order processing during festive or holiday seasons due to high demand. Delivery may take an extra 5-7 business days.

We attempt to complete and ship orders as soon as possible. Under normal circumstances, the order to dispatch time is 3 working days. Delivery to major urban areas takes 7-10 working days and 10-15 working days for rural areas.

If a product is out of stock, you will still be able to place an order on the selected items (via backorder). Please note that delivery will take significantly longer, depending on stock availability.

If we are unable to obtain stock within 3-4 weeks, you may be refunded or given store credit to purchase a different product.

Returns Information.

1. General Returns

Products must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order if:
– The Product/s are damaged/non-functional
– The wrong Product/s have been received
– Unwanted Product/s

Foamrite Acoustics will accept returns at our own costs provided that:
– The Product/s have not been used
– The Product/s are in their original packaging with all extras present
– The Product/s are damaged or the wrong Product/s have been received (See section .2)

Foamrite Acoustics will not be liable for return shipping costs if:
– The Product/s are being returned as an unwanted item

If any of the above conditions are not met you will be responsible for shipping costs

2. Products that were displayed/described incorrectly or delivered in error

Product/s must be returned within 7 days for a full refund or exchange. Foamrite Acoustics will accept returns at our own costs provided that:
– The Product/s have not been used
– The Product/s are in their original packaging with all extras present
– The Product/s are damaged or the wrong Product/s have been received

This process may take up to 8 working days. Should you be eligible for a refund, you will receive payment within 5-7 working days.

3. Items damaged in transit

Product/s deemed as damaged during transit must be reported and returned within 7 days of receiving your order.

Any Product/s that are damaged during transit will be returned at no cost to the customer and will be replaced. A refund may only be actioned should there be no stock to replace the damaged item.

Kindly note:

Should the damaged Product/s need to be replaced, it will be replaced for the same item ordered. Should there be no stock available, you will be offered a refund or store credit.

This process may take up to 8 working days. Should you be eligible for a refund, you will receive payment within 5-7 working days.

REFUNDS

Once a return has been logged you will be notified of the shipping details thereafter. All items being returned must be inspected by Foamrite Acoustics before an exchange or refund can be made.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be cancelled at any point during the checkout process before making payment. Once a payment has been made and your order has been marked as “Processing” you will have to wait to receive your parcel and then log a return. Please see 1. General Returns
